Anyhoo! I just wanted to say that your books look GREAT and Im adding them to my TBB list right now! It’s kewl to hear another author say that she falls in love with her characters and the story the same way I do when I write!

A BIG WOW, Linda, on your Wolf Books! As a paranormal romance author, I see and read alot of the genre…..and I have to admit that at times, it all begins to sound the “same”. Nothing new. BUT! Your writing stands out —brings the reader into the story and makes her fall in love with the characters. I’m sooooo looking forward to your next ones!
And, I have to add, it’s great hearing that another author falls in love with her characters and the story like I do as I write mine. A friend once told me you have to be insane to be a paranormal romance author…..and I told her that’s just part of the FUN!

Welcome, Mia. So glad you stopped by. As a reader, I totally agree. I can feel whether the writer was in the Zone… or not. I do competely understand the concept of deadlines, having my share – but it remains those SPECIAL moments, when a writer feels the heat, that keep us writing and, hopefully, readers reading and digging what we do.

I definitely think a reader can tell when an author loves her material and when she’s just meeting a deadline. If the writer isn’t in love with her characters, it’s hard for a reader to be.

Sounds like lack of passion for the work is not one of your problems. Good for you and your readers!
