The fans have been waiting for a movie since the show ended. To write the show off, and base the movie on something that has pretty much nothing to do with the show, would make a lot of fans incredibly angry. I know I would be. We've waited years for the possibility of a movie with all of our favorite characters in it. We've wanted to see where they might end up. This new concept has nothing to do with that and it's upsetting. Why make a movie at all if it's not what the fans wanted? It'll be a failure without Buffy in it. I’m against it. 100% against it.
